Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BreezePDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BreezePDF provides PDF editing tools via a web-based editor, desktop application, and SDK/CLI tools. The web editor processes files locally in your browser. The desktop app and SDK process files locally on your device.

3. Free and Pro Plans

The web editor is free to use with a limit of 3 PDF downloads per month. BreezePDF Pro provides unlimited downloads, a desktop application, and SDK/CLI tools for a monthly or annual subscription fee. Pricing is displayed on the registration page.

4. Accounts

To access Pro features, you must create an account via Google sign-in or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within the first 30 days of a subscription will be honored in full.

6. Desktop App and SDK Licensing

Pro subscribers receive a license key for the desktop app and an activation token for the SDK. Each license permits activation on up to 3 devices. Licenses are non-transferable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent download limits or licensing restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application or SDK
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service (scraping, excessive API calls, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

BreezePDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ostira, LLC. Your PDF documents remain your property. We claim no rights to content you create or edit using the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. BreezePDF does not upload, store, or access your PDF documents.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ostira, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ceases immediately.
